In short: we collect what you give us so we can contact you, ship your book and run our advertising. We don't sell your information. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing andy@warriormarketinggroup.com.

Who we are

This site is operated by Warrior Marketing Group, LLC, trading as Warrior Marketing Group (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at andy@warriormarketinggroup.com or 4210 SE 46th Street, Ocala, FL 34480.

What we collect

What you type in. Your name, email address, mobile number, business name, and the answers you give about your business. If you order the book, your shipping address as well.
Payment details. Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number is sent directly to Stripe and never reaches our servers. We see only a confirmation and the last four digits.
Technical information. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visited and the advertisement or link that brought you here.

How we use it

To contact you about the call you booked, including reminders by email and text message
To ship anything you ordered and to send the materials that come with it
To measure which advertisements work and to show advertising to people like you
To answer you when you get in touch

Text messages

When you give us your mobile number you are agreeing to receive messages from us about your booking and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop messages about an appointment or order you have already made.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that make this business run:

Stripe — to take payment
ShipStation — to ship your order
GoHighLevel — to store your contact record and send email and text messages
Meta — advertising measurement, as described below
Cloudflare — to host and serve this website

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses the Meta pixel, which sets cookies and records that your browser visited our pages. We use it to measure which advertisements lead to bookings and to build advertising audiences. Where we send information to Meta about a completed action, contact details are irreversibly scrambled before they leave our systems, so Meta cannot read your email address or phone number.

You can control cookies in your browser settings, and you can change what Meta shows you through your Meta ad preferences. Blocking cookies may stop parts of this site working.

How long we keep it

We keep contact records for as long as you are a customer or prospect, and afterwards only as long as we need them for legal, accounting or reporting purposes. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email andy@warriormarketinggroup.com and we will respond. Depending where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR; we honour those requests regardless of where you are.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit and limit who can reach it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
